Aside from nutrition, I’m also a fitness fanatic, as fitness and musculoskeletal health are intimately linked.

You can’t get fit if you don’t move your body, and you can’t move your body if you are always feeling pain, stiffness, and weakness.

Moreover, if you don’t train properly or you move your body poorly, you run a very high risk of injury.

My Personal Promise To You

I have witnessed first hand the physical and emotional toll of having your mobility stolen from you, the life altering effects of chronic pain, and the daily struggles associated with chronic disease as my mother has Multiple Sclerosis.

As a teenage athlete, I also went through the disappointment of missing my entire senior year of football and soccer after shattering my tibia (shin bone) in a game. While others may have endured far worse, this injury was utterly devastating to me at the time.

These events ignited and fueled my quest to become an expert in musculoskeletal health.

My goal is to help you live pain free, or help manage it much better, through healthy food and exercise long before you need to see me in the surgery room.

My promise to you is that all the advice you find here is what I would tell my own mother, and all the products you find here were formulated by myself and manufactured with the highest quality ingredients.
